About ACAP and CARE

The Advanced Cardiovascular Assessment Program (ACAP)  runs as a year to year enrollment. The Cardiovascular Assessment Risk Experience (CARE) program which is a once a year fitness assessment at the Heartcare Center.
Both are part of the Heart and Vascular Hospital (HVH) / Hackensack Meridian Network.
In addition to providing expert physician leadership, the program includes our innovative Bodyworks Scan.

Experience Matters

With over 20 years of experience, you can be sure that your safety is our primary concern. We utilize imaging techniques without ionizing radiation to discover cardiovascular conditions, which allows you to work with our medical staff to take early action to prevent debilitating or life-threatening conditions.

For those with pre-existing cardiovascular conditions, the ACAP membership takes the level of care beyond what is considered adequate. Offering customized treatment plans that include our Bodyworks scan as well as traditional heart, arterial and venous testing.
Becoming an ACAP member allows you and your medical team to stay as up-to-date as possible on your cardiovascular health.

CARE - cardiovascular fitness screening to the next level

The CARE program takes cardiovascular fitness screening to the next level.
Offered as morning or afternoon visit you will find out a wealth of information on the state of your cardiovascular system.
We will go beyond the expected.
CARE includes our Bodyworks scan along with stress echocardiography and vascular screening.
Knowing where you are is the first step to maintaining your health.
